Store-Reopening FAQs, please read carefully

When will you be open?

We are open with new store hours, no appointment required:
Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6pm
Our drive thru will also be open, which we encourage you to use for watch batteries, repairs, and clean & check.

Please text us at 417-881-0551 and let us know if you're bringing in a repair or need special assistance.

My 6 month clean & check is due for my ring. Do I need an appointment?

No, you don't need an appointment, but it's helpful if you call ahead so we know how to help you best. We're happy to clean & inspect your jewelry as quickly as we can in our drive thru. Because we cannot adequately provide great in-store customer service while practicing safe distancing, we will be wearing masks. Customers are required to wear them also. Please be prepared to show your ID at the door.

How do I make an appointment?

We are available online, by text, or phone (during business hours) and we'll help you make an appointment for one-on-one assistance, but it's not required. Because we cannot provide our best personal service while practicing safe distancing, we are required to wear masks. Customers entering the building will need a mask and their ID for their appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

I want to shop in your store, but how do I do this safely?

Because we want to make sure our services are safe for both staff & customers we're taking every precaution and CDC recommendation. That means we are limiting the number of people based on our square footage. Because we cannot always keep a safe distance, staff is required to wear masks and so are customers. Please text or call 417-881-0551 so our team can help you. Thanks!

Can I come in if your drive thru is closed?

Yes! Sometimes the weather or wind makes hearing customers a little hard so we close the drive thru. We are required to wear masks in the store, so customers are asked to bring masks and their ID. Please call or text 417-881-0551

Do I have to wear a mask?

Yes. In addition to the social distancing requirements set out in Section I.B.1., from Phase 1 Springfield & Green County, "All businesses providing personal care services shall require employees to wear a mask while providing services for which physical distancing is not possible and shall require customers, to the extent possible while receiving the service, to wear a mask or other facial cover."
