If after a purchase in store or on the website you need to return any item(s), Please contact us by phone (417-881-0551), email ( Contact Form), or a visit to our store ( Directions to the store) for return instructions. 

You can return any non custom item within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returned items must be in "like new" condition just as the day they were sold for a 100% refund excluding shipping/insurance costs. Returned merchandise must be received within ten (10) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.

All jewelry purchased from Justice Jewelers is guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship and/or materials. This guarantee covers normal wear and tear.

Damage Policy:

If shipped through the Post Office:
We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order arrives damaged, you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local Post Office to file a claim. The Post office will then send us the claim for processing. DO NOT REPACK AND DO NOT MAIL THE DAMAGED ITEMS BACK TO US. This will void the USPS insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.

If shipped by FedEx:
We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order arrives damaged please contact FedEx for proper instructions. DO NOT REPACK AND DO NOT MAIL THE DAMAGED ITEMS BACK TO US. This will void the FED-EX insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.

Justice Jewelers Trade Up Guarantee:
When you purchase a diamond from Justice Jewelers, we will at any future date trade up your diamond and give you the original purchase price toward the purchase of another diamond priced at least double your original purchase. It is our desire to enhance the current enjoyment of your purchase as well as assure you of future cost effective growth in fine jewelry.

This guaranatee covers: All diamond solitaire jewelry: stud earrings, solitaire pendants, and center stones on rings. We do not upgrade ANY other pieces.
