First, the good news. If you spend more than $100, ground shipping is free to anywhere in the continental United States. If you spend more than $200, we’ll get your order to wherever you are in two business days—for free. And no matter what option you choose, your order will be automatically insured.

Gift wrap in our navy and gold trimmings is complimentary on every single order. Each piece will arrive complete with a crisp, fitted box ready for any occasion. If you’ve chosen to include a message, a hand-written enclosure will be included as well.

Please allow us two business days to complete, pack, and ship your order. If anything you’d like is out of stock, we will contact you immediately and figure out how to get you what you need. If you need your order for a certain date, give us a call and we'll see if we can expedite the process.

*We cannot currently accept orders to be delivered overseas, but we invite you to come see us in the Ozarks any time.

*Orders scheduled for Saturday delivery are subject to additional shipping charges, but we will only arrange them at your request—in case of anniversary emergencies, impromptu proposals, much-needed indulgences, etc.

* Our partners at UPS do not ship to P.O Boxes. To get your package signed, sealed and delivered, we’ll need a physical address.

If you have an account with Justice Jewelers, you can check on your order status at any time by clicking the “Orders” button on the My Account page. We will list your purchases in chronological order. For customers placing orders as guests, simply call us at 877-248-6790 and we’ll be happy to give you an update.

NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

If the order you receive is not perfect for any reason, please feel free to bring it back into the store or send it back to us--within 30 days of your package's arrival. If you’re mailing a returnjust follow this handy checklist that will ensure we can process the request.

1. please note that the jewelry must arrive in pristine condition, with original packaging and the receipt—within 30 days of the package’s arrival.

2. Get a Return Authorization Form, either by calling 417-881-0551 during business hours or emailing support@justicejewlers.com. Fill in the blanks.

3. Please let us know why you are returning it, to help us make service better for future customers or to make sure we tweak your order as efficiently as possible. Just jot a note a drop it in the box with the product.

4. You must insure your package. Postage is paid by the customer. (We do not assume responsibility if a returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled.)

*Custom order engagement rings and other special orders are accepted at the discretion of Justice Jewelers. See the “How special orders work” section below for more details.

*We cannot accept engraved merchandise for return. While we love initials and love notes, items marked with them are final sale.

Once we’ve received the return, here’s what happens next.

When your return or exchange is received, our Master Jeweler will review the item(s). So long as you’ve followed the instructions above and the product does not show sings of wear, being altered, resized or damaged, we will accept it. We’ll then process your refund or adjusted order as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days.

REPAIRS

We know that loving something and wearing it every day can result in a piece of jewelry becoming damaged or broken. At Justice Jewelers, every purchase you make comes with a promise to repair the piece forever.

If jewelry you purchased with Justice Jewelers needs some upkeep, send it back to us for evaluation. Our Master Jeweler will assess the piece and we will either fix it up in house or, often, send it back to the artist who originally crafted the piece. Making sure the piece gets the best possible attention from the most appropriate expert can take from 2 to 8 weeks and may involve costs for materials or labor.

RING SIZING

If you’re placing an order online, please indicate the ring size in the comments section when you check out.

If you’re coming in to the store, we offer complimentary ring sizing with any ring purchase. If you do not have your ring sized by our personnel, we cannot take responsibility for an inaccurate fitting. And if you can’t make it to our Springfield location, we advise visiting another jewelry store where you live to be sure you have the right size on hand when you make an order.

We also recommend calling to make an appointment for ring sizing if you’re planning on making a purchase during a busy season like Christmas. [I wasn’t sure what “contact one of our team to find out current lead time for ring sizing” meant.]

If you’d like to special order a size, request the size in the comments section as you would if it were in stock. Someone from Justice Jewelers will contact you to confirm when you can get your order and whether there will be any price difference for that particular size.

ORDERING OFF THE MENU: HOW SPECIAL ORDERS WORK.

Certain artists that the store partners with can customize their pieces, altering qualities like ring size, chain length or stone choice. If you select anything differing from how the piece is shown online or in the store, we consider that a special order.

As mentioned above (in the “Need to return or exchange something?” section), we are happy to make any alterations that make you a happy customer. But special orders are returnable or exchangeable only at the discretion of Justice Jewelers. They also require a deposit of 20% of the total price when the order is placed. Custom orders often take between 2 to 8 weeks to prepare, depending on the workload of the artist. We aim to get these singular items to you as fast as possible.

If the item you want isn’t in stock, we can often order it:

Every once in a while you may order something that appears to be in stock but may have been sold to someone else while you were shopping online or that may no longer be in our on-site inventory. If this happens, we will check to see whether the item can still be ordered from the artist. Fingers crossed, we can simply back order the piece and let you know when it comes in.
