To
commemorate the 50th anniversary of the original “tuning fork” Accutron,
Bulova has meticulously manufactured only 1,000 of the original 1960 design
Spaceview watches for the entire world. Only about a third of these will come to the
United States.
Each
watch is sequentially numbered. No jeweler will receive more than one. Tens of
thousands of jewelers won’t get one at all.
In
our ongoing support of Camp Barnabas, that wonderful Ozarks camp for kids with

auctioning our one, Bulova Accutron Spaceview watch and 100 percent of the
sales price will go to the kids of Camp Barnabas.
In
1964, President Lynden Johnson declared Accutron to be the official "Gift
of State." By 1967, Accutron clocks were the only clocks aboard Air Force
One and Accutrons were used in the instrument panels of military ships and
aircraft.
