We guarantee your complete and absolute satisfaction on every diamonod purchased from Justice Jewelers. The Justice Jewelers Lifetime Guarantee covers the replacement of your diamond if lost from the mounting due to faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects provided Justice Jewelres inspects and services it and it's mounting at least every six months and records it on the guarantee. Without proper prescribed maintenance, this warranty is null and void.

Service Guarantee
Justice Jewelers takes the greatest care to insure your purchase is fully protected. We will be glad to clean and inspect your diamond or gemstone at any time, as often as you like, free of charge. Moreover, we will service and repair your mounting free of charge in the event of faulty workmanship or manufacturers defects for twelve months from the date of purchase. Justice Jewelers will also guarantee any diamond merchandise purchased from us provided they are set by us in mountings purchased from Justice Jewelers.
Quality Guarantee:
We further guarantee your original Justice Jewelers appraisal to be within 1 color and/or clarity grade if re-appraised by any other graduate gemologist or your purchase price will be totally refunded.
Trade-In Guarantee:
To protect your original investment, Justice Jewelers will at any future date trade in your diamond at current market value toward the purchase of another diamond priced at least double your original purchase under this guarantee. It is our desire to enhance the current enjoyment of your purchase as well as assure you of future cost effective growth in fine jewelry.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within the first 30 days after purchase, Justice Jewelers will refund your total purchase price providing the merchandise comes back in "like-new" condition.
Price Guarantee:
If, within 30 days of purchase, another diamond of like description as to color, cut, clarity and carat weight is found in Springfield, Missouri with a regular retail price less than the Justice Jewelers' price, Justice Jewelers will refund your purchase price plus 10%
